MIKE PADGHAM BURSARY AWARD

We have launched the new Mike Padgham Bursary award. This is the first year we are introducing the bursary and in the first year, we are inviting Registered Managers and aspiring Managers to apply for the bursary. Up for grabs are three awards… the first prize is a funded place on the Management Development Programme provided by iCG Partner Care Ideals. The training is accredited and the first prize winner will also get a years subscription to the Institute of Leadership.  

 

The two runner up awards will also be funded training and will be a more introductory level of training than the full Management Development Programme.

In the application, if you are a Registered Manager or aspiring manager, tell us about why you’d benefit from the training, what motivates you to do your work every day and why you work in social care.
